Our trade show display rentals are ideal for first time exhibitors who want to "try before they buy" or customers that need an additional display when their own display has to be in two trade shows at the same time. All our trade show display rental kits are the same basic folding panel or pop-up displays that you will find in our catalog.

Rental Terms & Policies:  A 50% deposit is required to reserve trade show display. The balance is due prior to pickup or shipping.  Rental to purchase option:  Rental fees on returnable items may be applied as follows: If ordered within 30 days 100% of the first weeks rental fee may be applied to the trade show display purchase of similar or equal value. Freight charges are not included in rental cost.  We arrange shipping to and from your shows.

Most of our rentals are black or silver fabric. However, other colors may be available so please call ahead for best color choices.
