Custom Display Gallery
By creatively using OctanormTM with several custom elements we were able to simulate the "Wheel House" and "Gantry" of a fishing vessel. It was a huge success as it traveled to Spain on its maiden voyage. It has already been exhibited in the United States and is headed to several more countries in 1998. The "Gantry" arch formed a natural frame for the booth. The header is lighted on both sides illuminating the company's logo for the entire show floor to see. The challenge in designing this element of the display was being able to fully achieve the dynamics and capture the "look" of a real ship's gantry. Inside the "Wheel House" we designed a comfortable and private meeting area raised 24" off the show floor. A countertop is built into the front wall and couches to seat six were built into two other side walls. A custom "Net Drum" was constructed to display the samples of nets. The pedestals supporting the "Net Drum" were utilized to store catalog binders and other sample and promotional materials.
